How it works
Try the live demo
No account needed. Open the program page and enter City Radiography Program with code CITY24, or use the button below. You'll see the full director view with a sample class of 24 students. Click through every tab; nothing you do changes anything.
Create your director account
Sign up with your school email. This is the account you'll manage your program from.
Request your program
On the program page, enter your program's name, a class code your students will use (for example MESA27), and how many student seats you need. Your program shows as waiting for approval, and we're notified.
Pay for your seats
We email you an invoice for your seats: $99.99 per student, for 12 months of full access.
We approve your program
As soon as the invoice is paid, we open your program and email you. Your program page shows your seats and the date they're paid through.
Students join with your code
Give your students the class code. They create their own free account and enter the code on their Account page. Students who fill your seats get full access right away, and their scores show up on your page.

What does each student get?

Do I or my clinical instructors need a seat?
No. Seats are for students. The program director and your clinical instructors don't use a seat.
What if more students join than I bought seats for?
They can still join, and you'll see them on your page, but only students within your seats (first to join) get full access. Your program page shows how many seats are used. Email us to add seats anytime.
What happens after 12 months?
Seat access ends on the paid-through date shown on your program page. We'll reach out before then to renew for your next class.
What do students share with me?
Joining your program with your code shares that student's scores, study progress and competencies with you, the program director. Clinical instructors see competencies for the students at their site. Students never see each other's scores.
Can students who already pay join?
Yes. They can join your program anytime. Contact us if you'd like to move a student who already pays onto one of your seats.
